Nationwide Group is a full service real estate property management firm with over 38 years experience in developing and managing residential and commercial property. Nationwide currently manages over 1,200 residential dwelling units including apartments, townhomes, and Homeowners Associations.

Our mission is to apply the highest standards of integrity and quality to maximize the potential of our client’s investments by providing the highest levels of service, responsiveness, satisfaction and professionalism. Throughout our career, we have developed and refined a system of standards and monitoring tools to ensure high quality results in property management. Our high standards address all areas of residential property management, including: administrative, financial, building and grounds condition, maintenance, leasing and more.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Our portfolio of managed properties includes 1,257 multifamily units both conventional and affordable in 23 separate properties. In addition, we currently manage 45,000 square feet of medical office space as well as one homeowners association. We feel very confident in our ability to manage any type of multifamily real estate from single units to properties with 400 + units. We feel equally confident in our ability to manage the special needs of homeowners association
