Ellis Gottlieb, Vice President
Mr. Gottlieb is a seasoned real estate professional with over 30-years experience in commercial real estate. He has experience in corporate real estate transactions as well as an in-depth knowledge of real estate development, business development (both acquisition and development), deal structuring, project execution and management with complex commercial real estate development projects.
He has a high level of expertise in directing and managing a broad range of corporate and real estate functions and processes including operations, leasing, financing, development, construction, vendor relations, contract negotiations and the oversight of property/asset management.
He is committed to the highest standard of integrity, quality of service, professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Christine Scherer, Controller
Christine Scherer is the Controller for Nationwide Housing Corporation. She joined the team in September 2006 bringing 18 years of property management and residential construction experience to Nationwide. This experience ranges through high level market rate residential properties, Section 42 and Section 8 program properties at all levels of accounting. Christine also has over four years of controller experience in custom home construction.
Throughout Christine's career she has been instrumental in bringing the latest technology to the organization and has directed several accounting system upgrades and conversions. Christine's goal is to provide information effectively and efficiently that will enable decision makers to complete their tasks in the best way possible. Christine graduated in 1987 with Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from St. Cloud State University. She received an Accounting Certification from the University of Minnesota in 1995.
Tracy Hanson, Regional Property Manager
Tracy Hanson joined Nationwide Group in 2009. Prior to joining Nationwide Group, Tracy spent 5 ½ years at Christopherson Properties, a property management company in St. Louis Park, MN. Tracy worked as a Regional Property Manager and Director of Property Management for multi-family apartment homes in the Twin Cities Metro Area and in Des Moines, Iowa.
Tracy graduated from St. Cloud State University in 1995 with a bachelor's degree in Mass Communications. Tracy is a CRM (Certified Resident Manager), Notary Public and member of the Minnesota Multi Housing Association.
Jaime Pearson, Regional Property Manager
Jaime Pearson has been a team player with Nationwide Housing Corporation since September 2010 as a Regional Property Manager.
She shows longevity with past property management firms bringing 15 years experience in many fields including commercial, market rate and specializing in government subsidized housing (section 8, section 42, tax credit, HOM Funds and USDA).
She is qualified and has earned professional experience as a certified residential manager, certified occupancy manager, tax credit, star certification and advanced HUD Occupancy through MHA, USDA, RBD and NICHA. She has advanced in her leadership skills by successfully completing courses for conflict management, communication for supervisors, situational leadership, basic human needs and motivation and more through Associated Financial Group. She continues growth of this business in levels of property investments, development and asset management. Recently she has been given the opportunity to manage town home associations as part of her portfolio.
She is a long time MMHA, MHA member and notary public.
Jaime facilitates oversight, direction and development for all properties to promote outstanding service and goals towards investments for all.
Kelly Hitchcock, Regional Property Manager
Kelly Hitchcock is a Regional Property Manager with Nationwide Housing Corporation bringing over 30 years of real estate experience in all phases of property management. He is experienced in managing portfolios of market rate and affordable housing, as well as commercial real estate.
He has been instrumental in successful planning and oversight in the rehabilitation of existing projects working with various stakeholders to maximize value and marketability. He is a capable trainer and resource for staff given his extensive knowledge of various affordable housing programs.
He is licensed as a Real Estate Broker in the State of Minnesota, and is a certified Affordable Housing Manager.
His goal is to provide excellent customer service and professional leadership for all.
