Nationwide will provide the following services at no additional cost:

• Budget Preparation
• Competitive Bids for Maintenance & Repairs
• Competitive Insurance Bids
• Use of In-House Maintenance Staff
• Marketing Plan & Materials
• Real Estate Tax Protests
  • We will prepare an internal study to support the protest; we will negotiate with the assessors on your behalf
• Reserve Study
• Tenant Handbooks
• Tenant Leases
  • We will develop a lease for each property
  • We will negotiate leases on your behalf

Value Added Services
Additional fees would include legal costs for unlawful detainer and other legal actions. The Owner will reimburse Nationwide for reasonable and customary out-of-pocket third-party expenses.

Value Added Services
Our standard property management agreement allows for the property owner to cancel the contract at any time and without any penalty.
